Title: The Light that waits
          A knock at midnight… and everything changes | Slow-burn mystery & faith

          ..........

The night was still. Too still.
Afiyah had been awake for hours, the shadows of the city pressing against her window. Then — three soft knocks. Not hurried. Not hesitant.
          She froze.
Whoever stood behind that door hadn’t come to the wrong room.

When she finally opened it… her life stepped into the room.

The Light That Waits is a slow-burn whodunit with threads of faith, fear, and unexpected companionship. Set against the backdrop of a murder investigation in a girls’ hostel, it follows Afiyah — a quiet student far from home — and the stranger who knocks on her door the night a girl is killed.

           Mystery
           Suspense
           Slow-burn connection
           Muslim representation

I’m sharing this story chapter-by-chapter on Wattpad, weaving mystery with gradual, heartfelt character growth. If you enjoy quiet tension, unanswered questions, and characters who reveal themselves piece by piece… this might be for you.

"What if a simple flower delivery turned into the start of a zombie apocalypse? That’s exactly what happened to Mira Sol!

Now she’s running from creepy students, questioning her life choices, and eating brownies instead of escaping the city. If you love sci-fi, mystery, humor, and chaos, check out Mira Sol & The Blooming Apocalypse!

I’d love to hear your thoughts—what would YOU do if you were stuck in a zombie outbreak? "**
