Hello friends,
          well, it's been a while, hasn't it? Yeah, my bad. Sorry. Life has been crazy recently, and unfortunately writing has been put on the back-burner. And when I have had the time to write, the words have felt clunky and uninspired. I have some re-writes to Chapter 20 that I will post in my next update, as well as a draft of Chapter 21 that I hope to complete soon.
          
          That being said, I recently have received some new views/readers and followers and I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has read my story so far. I won't be giving up or leave M&M unfinished, even if I have to take breaks every now and again. I started writing for myself, but it is you guys who encourage and motivate me to continue.

I am back from my accidental month-long haitus. If there is anyone out there who has been waiting for an update, I am sorry. Life has been busy recently and although this chapter seems simple, it was not easy to write (dialogue is tough yo). I do feel like I broke through a wall with this chapter (new setting, new mini-plots), so hopefully the next chapters will flow more easily. Hope you enjoy!

Hello everyone! I am happy to announce that M&M has new cover art! I edited it myself in inkscape, so I'd love to hear an feedback. The artwork is Bruyere De Falaise/Heather by Alphonse Mucha.

The latest chapter is released! It is another short one as I have been very busy recently and only just had enough time to squeeze out 1k words so I didn't miss my usual once ever/every other Friday release schedule. 
          
          The pace will pick up soon as our story moves to London! Stay tuned~

I am back and on a roll! Chapter 15 has been written (and edited to the best of my abilities at the moment) and will be auto-uploaded on Friday, August 2nd. I will have a very busy week and weekend, so I am very pleased to have had cranked out this week's chapter. It unfolded a little bit unexpectedly (yes, even for me) but was a lot of fun to write. Hope y'all enjoy!

Hello friends, it has now been two weeks since I last posted. Unfortunately my life has gotten very busy with summer vacation approaching, and I simply haven't had the time or energy to write. It has also been difficult to think about the story, as things in the narrative are about to change, and I'm excited for those changes, but I still have to write the way there. I have also spent some time going back and correcting some earlier inconsistencies in the story (it is very much a process of learning-by-doing).
          
          Finally, I feel like sitting down and plowing through again, hopefully in a way that is exciting to write and exciting to read. I should have the next chapter out by next weekend :) I hope you all have a lovely weekend and thanks as always for following along!

Chapter 12: Crossroads Part 2 is out!

Happy weekend everyone! Chapter 11 is out a little later this week. It was a difficult chapter for me to write this chapter. I was working with material I'd written months ago but needed to heavily revise due to changes in the story. I hope it's enjoyable and doesn't come across to you all like the frankenstein of a chapter that it felt like to me while writing it. If that makes sense? 
          
          Anyway! Part 2 will be all new material so I am looking forward to writing that next week!
