Happy holidays, everyone! It's been an insane year, but things seem to be looking up for a lot of us. Hope you all have a great time over the holidays and an even better new year!

Would anyone want me to start posting short stories I've made for friends? They're in already-developed settings, so it might be a little bit confusing unless I made a glossary of terms/history or something.

genderneutralnoun

I would like that. You could make the glossary and it would be helpful, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary. You could post the stories first and then do the glossary later, and update it if people comment on your stories with questions.

What sounds like a better "personal object" for a character to have as a memento? A pendant full of cremation ashes, a wristband, or a black, magnetic ring?

MysticIntrovert

@SprFlamyRainWing Good idea... I think I have an idea how that could work!

@MysticIntrovert Magnetic ring. It's small and won't be uncomfortable, and even has uses if the character encounters puzzles that use magnets.

Howdy there MysticIntrovert! I'm Timeslip from Miiverse, and i'm finally ready to meet up with you. If you see this message, feel free to talk to me back so we can discuss what we'll be doing here or other things. I hope you're happy to see me! I just recently joined, as well. I'd like to get around in Wattpad a lot, too, well, eventually.

It's great to talk with you again! Sorry about my late response, I haven't been on here in a few days. Still, I'm definitely glad to talk with you again; I was worried it'd be, like, weeks before we chatted again!

Seeing as Miiverse is ending, I thought I'd do some more work on my story for my friends. It'll take a bit of time, and I'm not very confident in my abilities, but I'm determined to persevere, and finish up the story with our whole team.

MysticIntrovert

Okay, what story would you prefer? An urban fantasy/alternate history story where America was never colonized due to "monsters", or a high/urban fantasy/mystery story about a cheery mercenary, a "self-taught" doctor, and a mage with OCD solving a murder?

genderneutralnoun

I think the former sounds interesting, then.

@SprFlamyRainWing Not really, I just want to try and focus on one.

Is there a specific reason you can't do both?
