I'm locked outside my house, my family isn't answering their phones, and this maintenance guy keeps walking past me. He's just like don't make eye contact.

@CuzICan14 My brother apparently was home but his phone was dead and wouldn't charge. Also, he was watching a Holloween movie so he couldn't hear me knocking or ringing the doorbell. He also decided that he wouldn't check on me because he was having a nice day. Then he got his phone to turn on, didn't even open the door but I heard the soft click of the lock. My mom didn't get the messages since she was at a meeting at work and her phone was on silenced as she wrote notes. As I'm in my hallway of an apartment I just moved into watching creepy people pass, especially this one guy that stared at me, and I'm panicking because no one is answering me.
