Reflecting on the Journey:
It's been a while since I last checked in here, and honestly, I’m a bit torn on what I want to do with this account. I randomly remembered Wattpad existed and took a trip down memory lane, re-reading some of my old posts.
Wow, it’s been a wild ride. A total trainwreck in parts, but in that kind of way where you can't stop reading even when the cringe is taking over. Still, things have definitely improved since then.
I've had this account since, what, 6th or 7th grade? Time flies. Long story short: I’m now 18, I'm not depressed anymore, got my act together, graduated high school a semester early in '23, landed a job, and I still dabble in writing, though it’s mostly just short bursts or one-offs nowadays.
At one point, I definitely tried my hand at writing Puss × Death after The Last Wish came out. Then Fortnite kept hanging in there, so I wrote some Fennix and Dire fanfic. And let me tell you, the temptation to write about the newer furry skins—Wendell, Rufus, Oscar, etc.—was real. I even had this "Fortnite Collective" idea brewing for a while. I’ve also got a few *BETTER* original ideas that could totally work... if I wasn’t being lazy.
Anyway, I just wanted to let y’all know that, despite this sporadic update, there’s still a spark in me to write. I truly appreciate everyone who’s interacted with me and supported my stories over the years, whether it was that Chase × Marshall phase, the Frexy story I really tried to make happen, or that one original piece that I didn’t have fully mapped out. Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of this journey.
Whether I pick up where I left off on this account and get back into writing for it or not , I’m really grateful for the support.
