Good afternoon, how can someone upload a book, they are writing?

I just wanted to tell you that I appreciate the prayers and the kind words and the understanding. 
          I also want to say that I am so grateful that you will stick with me,
          And thank you so much for saying I'm one of your favorite writers and that you like my story.
          And your looking forward to reading the next update. 
          
          
          That being said I wanted to reach out to you, 
          And ask you some questions and get your honest opinion and thoughts on soulless.
