Okay how to make chapters is simple just go to the top right corner where your username is located and it will have a drop down list and you have to click my works. After that, on the top right of that screen there's something written called "New Story" and there your first chapter's formal is laid out. After that you can just go back to my works and your new story if you've written it will already show up. On the side of that story you will see new part and that will give you a new chapter post to write on :). I'm sorry if I'm a little confusing.
