Why not cover the pregnancy, Naomi experiencing the excitement, maybe her getting to attend the classes for siblings with expectant mothers. Maybe an unexpected home birth where she has to help Sasuke out a little to bring her brother/sister into the world. 
          I don't know ??? just a thought :-)

@pez1090 lol.. well maybe Naruto's mom could be there by chance to help.  Second time births usually come faster so it could be an unplanned home birth..a big surprise..lol. . yeah Sasuke would probably faint again...lol

@pez1090 I do. I also like do like the idea of the home birth but I don't know about Naomi being there.or Sasuke since he fainted the first time.  Lol.
