i really wanna post but i also want everything to be perfect first… i just haven’t slept in like three days. i’ve been up since 9am yesterday and it’s basically 8am now. the past couple nights i couldn’t sleep because of nightmares, sweats, and even sleep paralysis (which i’ve never had before). my brain just won’t slow down and my anxiety keeps waking me up. it’s been a lot. i don’t have adhd (at least i don’t think i do), my brain just gets really loud sometimes. i used to sleep with headphones to quiet everything, even though i know it’s not the best for my ears… it’s just one of the only things that actually helps. anyways, i’m kinda all over the place right now. i haven’t really been sleeping much the past few days, so i think ima try to get some things posted by sunday, little by little
