@Naarah Hi Naarah! Great to hear from you and I hope the kids are not driving you crazy - too much! ha ha. The rain continues here an the garden's a mud bath. heck I didn't sign up for this when we came to France. But we are lucky. Our thoughts and prayers are with thse poor folks in Oklahoma tthat have lost everything - including sons, daughters, fathers etc. The scenes of devastation on SkyNews are similar to those I remember in the newsreels showing Hiroshima after the bomb. Just tarmac streets with piles of rubble flanking them. I don't have the right to moan about the weather here when people have suffered so much in Moore City OK. It's fact of life that hoever bad ly you think you are there's always somebody else somewhere else that's worse off than you.

Alaska's a great fresh, cool mostly wilderness. I traded there for a short while and along the British Columbia coastline of Canada. The place I would like to go where I have not ben is the Argentine in South America. I'd like to spend a year there, but I guess I'd have to lard Spanish to get around and I am having enough language problems with French!! As light relief I'll put up a book of short stories soon about life here and the errors it is so easy to make with the language.
Thanks for your encouragement for the book. I shall keep at it nd am touched and elightd that you are still reading it also.

          have a great summer.

          Best Wishes

@Hobnails it's great to hear from you. Well, yesterday's weather was mid 80's with 80% humidity... Yuck! :) I'd much rather the "cool and wet" you have. I'll just have to live in France vicariously through you as I've always wanted to spend a year there. I'd also love to spend some time in Alaska too *wistful sigh*. Where is a place you have always wanted visit, but haven't yet done so?

Gosh, I think I have a good ten chapters to catch up on with your story!! I'm sure it will be a great read once I can find some time to myself to do so, haha.

Been cracking down on my kids doing their school work... We'll be working through the summer, but that's OK - it's really like having year round schooling with a week off here and there instead two whole months for the summer.

Keep up the great writing. I'll catch up with you soon, so no slacking off mister! *tease* ;)

@Naarah I am so obliged to Thomas to shouting out and crossing our paths. I too like the facility of Wattpad for authors and readers to contact each other. The Cousins is set in Nebraska . I'm English and will, no doubt, get things wrong from time to time such as how people talk, what they call things ' You know you have tires on your cars and Brits have tyres, that sort of thing. I have had some tremendous feedback already to put right some wrongs of that sort in the writing and am very grateful to them and Wattpad for this invaluable advice.
I will not keep you waiting too long for the climax, but there are mind games playing out her. Not all of the players are on the pitch just yet, but I won't keep you long. I promise!
One of the things that motivates me is to speak out against unfairness in society and I need to build just a touch of that in the story before we get to the 'boots and knuckles.'
Hope you enjoy it and I look forward to being in contact with you again. Thanks Thomas for the introduction.

Naarah

@Hobnails - haha! I get very little sleep! I stay up WAY past my bedtime! Then on my hubby's day off I sleep for like twelve hours straight and then start all over again the next night. :D

@thomasberryman did a shout out to his "followers" to check out your story, and after reading the preface it seems like it will be a good read. I'm not sure when I'll get to it, but I'll be sure to give you my feedback. That's one of the things I love about Wattpad - that I get to interact with the authors of the stories I read :)

Hope you are having a great week...I know you are busy writing... Right?!?! Because I only see sixteen chappies up for "The Cousins"... Don't be too much of a tease by leaving us hanging, wondering what will happen next for too long now ;)

Hi Naarah! Thanks for adding 'The Cousins" to your reading list and i hope you enjoy the story when you start to read it. If not, please be sure to tell me. Best Wishes.
          PS
However do you manage to find time to read with four children to look after and homeschooling them as well? Respect!

Naarah

@love_is_amazing *wave* hi!
Let me see... I think the latest things I've watched were "Up On Poppie Hill" and "Arrietty". I am so behind on watching "Naruto" and reading "Vampire Night"! I have been doing a lot of reading on here and I have recently discovered "Pinterst.com" which has kept me thoroughly occupied, haha.

          How was your Christmas??
