I cry as I read those words as I watch as my world falls apart. I sit and cry and believe it isn't true, but the facts are there, so I know they are. I sob for hours until my voice is horse, and I'm out of tears. I re-read the messages refusing to believe it all.
"I'm sorry."
Was the last word he had said to me. He had told me how much he loves me. But hearing him say he's sorry shatters me. I cry even more when I listen to his voice and think of the memories we had shared. Those 3 years and 6 months were the best of my life. Yet my whole world has been shattered. I cry as I think about my niece and nephew finding out the news. I cry as I stare at his birthday present. I play his favourite songs on repeat and hope we'll see each other again.
This is based on true events since yesterday evening my boyfriend killed himself. I'll miss ya forever, baby. I'm glad ya aren't suffering anymore.
