Halo author Nim, I just wanted to say that I love all your books. I have read almost all of your work lists. I started with Namjoon ff, and now I am reading Jungkook’s mommy issues.
So far, my favorite on the top list is Jungkook’s ff: Knock Out. I don’t know, I love how you chose the theme and the issue, I think. The theme about gender, mostly about trans people, in your story, is trans women, I believe that is a brave decision. Sometimes I just want to ask you what the background of your decision to write on this theme is.
I like how you portray Andrea and Jungkook there. That is very humane, despite the gender and the label that society sometimes puts on these things.
But can I ask about Street Side? I don’t know, but I think Namjoon’s character there is not developing. I feel that there is something more that you can work on his character, just like all the male leads in your other book, like Jungkook in Knock Out, or Hoseok in Blueberry and Hennesy. And also the conflict, I think.
That book also has some sensitive themes that are worth exploring. In my opinion, though.
I also note that most of the female leads have strong characters, and I think they are beautiful.
Your works are put in my library, so I can reread them. Thank you.
Best,
Sahala
