To my readers,
I always want to keep my word, however, I do tend to push off things. I'm sorry about the prolonged wait for AHP. This past year has been a bit tough for me when it comes to my hobbies or just setting aside time to do noneducational things I guess.
Shortly after my last chapter that I released in August, I had moved across the country. It was such a drastic change, since I had already been living in the city I moved to beforehand. However, a move is a move, and with it comes stressful times. Right afterwards my university classes started and I was just swamped. I wanted to really give it my all and so I put off many things. I haven't attended to any of my hobbies since I've entered college because when you major in engineering, there isn't much room for a life. I was so drained I felt like I had eternal writers block even though I knew where I wanted the story to go. I didn't have any inspiration. Over winter break I had an amazing time going to the mountains, I was filled with inspirational juices. But... I forgot my story outline back home. (Yes, it is written down and not on my laptop). I didn't want to continue writing to find out later I had missed crucial parts of the story. A couple of weeks ago I recieved a message from a fan (pothead90) during class. now for sometime my notifications have been off for some reason, so I hadn't realized I have been getting votes or comments every day. This lovely fan left me a caring, might I add slighlty passive aggressive message that motivated me to get my act together and set some time aside forthe continuation of this story. I went to the bookstore, bought some novels from my favorite historical romance author (Julia Quinn) and stayed up til 4am reading and trying to get my creative juices flowing again! I can't wait to continue AHP because I have more stories I would like to write, and I can only work on them one at a time. How does a historical romance in Spain sound?
Thanks to everyone!
