Welcome To the NarutoWattyAwards! This isn't the original but I wanted to make a new one! The others take a while to even open and since I hate waiting, I'll have one that is open more often. ( I know there are a lot of them..)

3. You can NOT vote for yourself in any category 
4. Be nice to others, no hating on any category or book
