Nobody has flaws, no dictionary can tell you the real meaning of the word either, because it was just a word the human being created to state out something they don't like. Nobody can just state out a "flaw" and justify it, because your just a person, a beautiful imperfect person, yet, with imperfection comes perfection, and that is what makes us all unique and beautiful, because we are all our own person, we are all flawless and beautiful in our own way, because, what others call an imperfection or a flaw, could actually be the most unique and beautiful thing ever.
