I am an author, editor, and artist.  I divide my time between Canada and Brazil. 

I am non-fiction editor at International Speculative Fiction, a free online quarterly devoted to genre fiction that comes from, or prominently features, countries outside traditional North American and Western European sources.  

I am also co-founder and principal editor at IndieBookLauncher.com, which provides editing, cover design, and e-book production services to independent authors.  

I'm the author of "Luck and Death at the Edge of the World," "Los Angeles Honey," and "The Virgin Birth of Sharks," among other works.  My Fallen World series has been called “great science fiction” (Ian Watson, author of "The Universal Machine") and “cutting edge speculative fiction” (Ernest Hogan, author of "Cortez on Jupiter").  My album "Luck + Death: the Soundtrack for the Movie in Your Head," has been called “simply outstanding” (Minister Faust, author of "The Coyote Kings of the Space-Age Bachelor Pad"). My fiction and poetry have been published in journals in Europe, North America, and Oceania.
