Talking about another serial killer in America isn’t the focus of this book--although this man and his family were ones.  Really, there are already enough serial killer anthologies  out there.  This is a fictionalized account of the abuse and murder that made victims. To glorify the murderer gives him more power.  He already took enough of that from his victims before he faked his death.  The survivors and murder victims deserve the emphasis here.
