Lucky Strikes started many years ago as the very first stories I ever wrote for myself to enjoy. Admittedly, they were campy and childish in their nature. But the bones were pretty good. Almost a decade later, I decided they would make better short-short stories, as if they were television episodes. And I resolved to revive them in this format and write one once a week. As usual, life got in the way, and I spent the next several years popping in and out of that universe between other projects and such.
	If you need a year to imagine the series starting, 2016 is about as good as it gets for that. It's meant to be relative, and many stories would be set in future years, and I have no idea what technology or world events and such will be like by then. 
	By about the middle of 2021, I decided to give Lucky Strikes my full attention. And I love the stories, the atmosphere, the concepts as much as ever. They are primarily an adventure series. But there's also romance, humor, mystery, detective, historical, family, and supernatural fiction elements. Any similarities to other works are purely for fun and in no way intended to copycat. In the same way, I would consider any of my work published to be under my own blanket and personal copyright.
