Hi, it has come to my attention that the Netflix show "Stranger Things" has done something wrong.
The new season of the show was filmed in Lukiškės prison in Lithuania. During WWII, The Nazis would use it to kidnap, imprison and tortue Jews, Rroma, and political prisoners. Later, 100,000 Jews, Rroma would be murdered in the Ponary Massacre, whoch was nearby.
What makes it worse is both Stranger things and Netflix have agreed to turn Lukiškės into a proper hotel, which will be run by Airbnb. Visitors can spend the night in themed cells, tour The Stranger Things themed building, and make waffles. Not that bad, but thats what it says. The waffles bit, I mean. The price ranges from €104-114 per night, and was said to begin ota functioning June 4th.
