[DO YOU GUYS THINK I SHOULD DROP THE FULL VERSION]

There is this guilt that's often associated with the death of a loved one. There will always be a what if, what if i did this differently or what if i had said this instead. And it's quite normal to feel that way. But that guilt later down the line becomes self-hate or depression and causes lots of underlying emotional trauma. But in this generation mental health is often overlooked or overshadowed by the ways of the world, which contribute to self-harm, or teenagers taking other drastic measures just to feel seen or heard. parents don’t understand how impactful their words are to a kid which is why kids don't reach out anymore because they're often met with “you're too young to be depressed” or in most cases “you don't have any bills to pay everything is being handed to you you're” and the one I'm sure we all have heard before is “ you're just looking for attention” . all these phrases contribute to the pain that's someone already feels and can throw them over the edge causing this to be their final straw Suicide isn't just a choice you make but instead it's a longing for happiness or a way out of the mental jail you're in till this day. Over 2,000 teenagers die daily due to suicide with no sign of decreasing. The most common cases would include substance abuse, Mental Health Conditions and bullying and discrimination. And it hurts to see any individual of any age have their life cut short because were to blind to what really matters, It doesn't cost to check up on someone Self-harm is something I think isn't talked about enough and its quite disturbing because at least 14 million episodes of self-harm occur each year and is also the cause of many self-inflicted deaths, not only in teens but 727,000 to 740,000 of people globally.

Hey loves

Just a quick note before you dive in: The Boy Without a Voice is about to get even heavier and more emotional. Chapter 4 is one of the hardest things I’ve written so far—it dives deep into Micah’s mental health, his relationship with Daniel falling apart, the heartbreak with Ezra, and the shadows of his father.

This story is deeply personal to me, even though it’s fictional. It’s about pain, silence, and survival—but also about finding tiny sparks of hope in the darkest places. Please take care of yourselves while reading. If you’ve ever struggled with mental health, self-harm, or toxic family relationships, know that you are not alone.

Thank you for being here with me on this journey. Your comments, votes, and support mean more than I can put into words.

Stay tuned—the echoes are only getting louder.
