           Here’s something to laugh at @Naydra17, so funny :

14/9/2023 Direct Predictions! 
          I regrettably already have some of the contents spoiled, and I won't be predicting anything I already know happens because... well, that's not a prediction really. Without further ado, here are my predictions! 
          
          - We'll get another 3DS remaster. It won't be quite as visually overhauled at Miitopia was, but I'll actually prefer it that way. I'm predicting either Ever Oasis, Samus Returns, or A Link Between Worlds. 
          
          - Relatedly, we'll get a Tomodachi Life sequel/threequel! It'll just be more of the same without quite as many regional differences. 
          
          - You know what? Every time I predict a Mario and Luigi game, we don't get it. So... I'm NOT predicting a Mario and Luigi game. It will not show up. In fact, it doesn't even exist! 
          
          - Nintendogs is coming back in some form! I'm not specifically predicting dogs will be the focus because I'm a coward, but whatever animal they choose, it'll basically be the same thing. 
          
          - We'll get another trailer for Layton! It'll be very Layton-esque (risky prediction, I know) and Flora will get to join Layton and Luke on the adventure proper this time. And the trailer won't show it, but Kat will make a cameo at the end of the game, which is surprising since Lady Layton isn't a canon follow-up. 
          
          - Boom Street will not be coming to Switch

Have you seen the Mario Movie? If you liked it, what did you enjoy the most about it? If you didn't, what turned you off from it? 
          
          I'm once again thinking everyone in the world is on a completely different page than me about a video game movie XD

Also, I feel like I've just... stopped accepting Tears of the Kingdom is a real game. It's been so long that it feels like a mythical, non-existent thing people talk about like Mario Odyssey 2. Tears of the Kingdom was announced pre-COVID. Since then, so much about the world has changed. I've changed. After all this time, TotK is just... an imaginary thing we sometimes get a one-minute trailer for. 
          
          I'm sure the game will be good and I will play it, but the most I can muster for it right now is "cool, I guess". Nintendo really should've waited an extra three years before announcing it XD

Layton's back. 
          LAYTON'S BACK. 
          After a full decade of no mainline games (and no good games period), they're finally doing another one. That's just... so, so cool. :) 
          
          And since I guess Level 5 felt like reviving dormant properties I love, we're getting a Fantasy Life sequel!! I could never have seen that coming. 
          
          Finally, Pikmin 4 looks really good. It looks... so, so good. Gosh, that was a good direct. :)

Nintendo Direct predictions! 
          
          - There will be a full, meaty trailer for Tears of the Kingdom. It will look very good! In addition, the game will not be delayed. 
          
          - Kirby's Adventure Wii Deluxe or whatever it's called will get a cool new trailer. 
          
          - Pikmin 4 will get its full reveal trailer, and it will be glorious. It will be so, so, so... SO glorious. 
          
          - The next Splatoon season thing will be revealed. 
          
          - A Mario & Luigi game will be announced. It will be a new game, not a remake.
          
          - Metroid Prime 4 will fully revealed. 
          
          - Boom Street will not appear. 
          
          - A Wii U game will be ported! I'm predicting Wind Waker HD. 
          
          - This is a bit of a wild guess, but we'll get something from the Pullbox series! I'm predicting a compilation of the prior games.

Hot take: the new Splatoon 3 modes rule. It seems not many people like Tableturf or Tricolour Battles, but I think they're fantastic additions. 
          
          Then again, I also think Clam Blitz is pretty good. IDK, maybe the excitement of new Splatoon stuff is enough for me. :)
