i was actually starting to fix my sleep schedule, and now i just ruined it again.. the past few days I've been going to bed around 10 or 11 and I have school tomorrow and decide to freaking stay up past 1 reading on here..
im going into my 4th week of school and im still not fully aware? (idk how you describe it) that its not summer anymore..im just not mentally prepared for school
my sleep schedule is awful!!!! like right when I get home from school, I take a nap, and then wake up around 9 or 10 pm and then don't go to sleep until like 3 or 4 am! idk how to fix it either
