Hello fellow authors, I wanted to ask you all something, "Are you also facing a problem on Wattpad application?"
I ask because I am currently not receiving notifications for updates to my own story, nor for the stories of any other authors.
I am also failing to receive notifications for announcements posted on anyone's Conversation timeline.
Consequently, I am unsure whether the issue lies specifically with my Wattpad application, or if you all are grappling with this same predicament.
I am unable to tell which authors have updated their stories, and I suspect that our audience is similarly unaware of our own story updates.
I have even re-installed Wattpad, and have tried logging out and logging back in, but despite this, no results are visible.
I am receiving information about new updates from authors only because they are voting for their own stories after updating a chapter, otherwise, I haven't received a single notification regarding any story updates for the past two days.
Could you please suggest a solution to this problem?
