Howdy, sirs and/or madames!
My name is Neli, and I occasionally come here to tell stories. I also far more frequently come here to read stories, because butter my biscuit and call me Sally, there are some incredibly talented people around.
As for my interests beyond the archive's walls, I very much love history. I have somewhat succesfully dabbled with attending university in that field, before deciding to take the slightly more adventurous route of service. Still, it is very much a passion of mine - particularly the Ages of Sail and Discovery (any kind of maritime history really), and I spend a great deal of time with my nose in all kinds of reading and research.
Aside from that, anything culture related is very much my cup of tea. Films, theatre, books, video games, and the list goes on. And of course, writing. I am not particularly blessed with any of the other muses, be it drawing or singing, sculpting, composing (or composting, it's an art folks), but thankfully, writing is something I can do at least well enough to enjoy the process, while having an outlet for all the stories floating about in my head.
