Soo— update on myself… ✨depression✨ isn’t fixed with medication. It helps but doesn’t do much when you’re in a constant state of panic. I have been told that I shouldn’t be political— however, I think it’s very f—ucking important that I am. What is happening in the United States has put my mental health in a tailspin— I can’t sleep right, my anxiety is up to high heaven… they say ignorance is bliss and I really f—-ucking wish I were. I understand that people have their opinions but when people’s lives are at stake— and I stay silent. I become compliant in this screwed up world we’re in. Comply or die, and I’d rather die on that hill than sit by silently. 
          	
          	If you don’t like what I have to say, you can go and— you can put two and two together. 
          	
          	I’m sorry I haven’t updated, my mental health since November 2024 has been in shambles. The medication does its job… but it can’t completely stop the thoughts. It’s hard to write when your brain is constantly bombarded with fear for those I love and care for. 
          	
          	Empathy is great— but sometimes it sucks too.

@NeonSkies95 Such a fantastic writer. Hope that you know that the eorlds you create are political statements and alternatives for all of us, who cannot create such worlds. You are not alone in your outlook on the world right now. We all feel the absolute craziness. Some of us cope by just putting one foot in front of another and getting on with life in all its gory glory, and signing every petition possible.  Think we are all a little crazy and looking for the demise of the patriarchy.

I’m trying to get back into going to the gym and stay off social media to help my depression but it’s doesn’t help much with what  show we are in at the moment. When you able to come back to writing your stories we will be here waiting to read them and cheer you on

I kept thinking about Atlas being the pack’s only recorded alpha-omega and refusing the role expected of him in “The Omega's Mate；Mafioso”. What makes it work for me is that the bond matters because fate and personal choice are pulling the characters in different directions.
          
          I’m especially curious about the point where the bond is recognised but the character can still accept, reject, or redefine it. It feels like the kind of moment that reveals who the characters really are without making their choices feel predictable.
          
          The exciting possibility I see in “The Omega's Mate；Mafioso” is letting readers do more than imagine the point where the bond is recognised but the character can still accept, reject, or redefine it: they could actually step into it. As an open-ended interactive game, the characters would keep their voices and relationships, but readers could talk to them without preset options and shape a story of their own. One novel could unfold into a thousand personal versions, and you could watch the choices, attachments, and surprising new plots your characters inspire. That gives readers a much deeper connection to your world—and gives the work room to grow and earn beyond the original text—without requiring you to script every outcome. If that sparks something for you, I’d love to explore an efficient way to bring it to life and a fair revenue-sharing structure.
