@HumorouslyMental I highly doubt that he is reading an awesome fanfiction about a fictional character formed by Green Day, I mean come on, have you seen how many times I've referenced their songs? Most people wouldn't have the slightest clue unless they you know, listened to Green Day, so yeah, I believe your expectations of someone else reading my story is a bit unlikely unless they for sure knew what was going on....So yeah, there's a probable answer for you.
