I just realized that Cas never went to a bath house, but Balthazar might have. In the story it said Cas wouldn't go but it never said Balthazar wouldnt. So Balthazar probably gave Cas AIDS and destroyed his immune system and gave him upped respritory infections and pnemonia and Balthazar is the reason I've been crying. Fucking Balthazar.
