It's scary to think, but everything that happens, everything that is said to you, is all up to to you how you take it; on how you react and how you take is mentally and physically. Not everything gets better, and not everything lasts forever, it's all up to you. 
Remember that. 

My advice to all my readers is to be a voice, not an echo. I want to teach everyone how to speak their minds and not give a damn about what others think about your opinion because all that matters is that you're happy.
