My hair has been smelling like smoke for the past couple of months. Should I be worried? No one smokes around the vicinity, I spend most of my days indoors, I don't use curlers or straighteners or whatevers and I wash my hair regularly. Is there something wrong with me?

That is odd. I'm not sure why your hair smells like smoke, but I'm sure there's nothing wrong with you friend. I think baking soda helps take out the smell, so maybe try washing with that? I hope it helps.
