A tall young man glares at the Admin with narrowed eyes as she nods to him, urging him on. Grumbling, the young man straightens, to show he is attractive with spiked up dirty blonde hair and viper-like green eyes. A pipe is hanging from his mouth, and a tan trench coat is draped over his muscular frame, on top of his well fitting azure shirt. Chocolate brown pants are held in place with a white belt that wraps around his trim waist and knee high combat lace up boots are adorning his feet with his pants tucked into it's neck. To complete the outfit, a blue and white striped scarf is wrapped around his neck loosely, trailing down his back and black gloves sheathe his hands. "Name's Netherlands. That's all you need to know." He mutters, and narrows his viper eyes at Admin again.

Admin: HELLO!~ I am the Admin here and I'm sharing this account with Neddy!~ He's a bit grumpy, so I'll tell you about him. Only a bit though. He's taken by Japan, and he likes soccer, weed, the bar, beer, friends (kind of), Belgium (maybe), fights and all that. He dislikes Spain (More like HATE SO MUCH) and Romano (Same.), annoying people, nosy people, idiotic people and mostly people. XD
