I need help.
My parents are fucking in the next room and I'm having a fucking panic attack bc of it. I'm shaking so bad rn and I literally can't breath rn. What do I do? I won't be able to talk to them about it either. What did I do to have to go through this? And my dad was asking my mom if she was gonna ask me if I hear them. Then she replied with "She's a hard sleeper" Help! I can't handle this. I always made jokes about it but rn I'm not okay. I always thought I would laugh if this happened, I was so fucking wrong.

@Genyas-Mine ok, i know this is like super duper extremely late but i'm sorry you went through that and i hope that, now, you have learnt how to manage with the situation, if (and hopefully not) it happens again. if you haven't, thats okay and i'm here if you need to talk to anyone <3
