That scene in Wednesday where the dude pulls her aside in the woods bugs me. It doesn't feel right and it makes no sense. First off, deer hate coffee, it's a repellant. Seconds, I don't know if it's the acting or how it's written, but it's weird and cringey, like Hallmark.

How did women get the reputation as the better communicator. They can't communicate for shit. If I were a better writer, I'd have the female characters better reflect that but it annoys me.

@NewDeathIII women naturally say things nice as humanly possible or lie to not cause problems, guys will say things exactly how they see it. But that's just my personal experience with siblings and other people it may be different for some people.
