I read your thing on Final Thoughts I hope you are better now because honestly I ain't I have the worst life in my family they all had stuff happen one thing at a time not for me everything is hitting at once and I don't know how to handle it between school legal crap and depression and just life in general I can't handle it I have a therapist but not for this sort of stuff except for legal we never talk about anything else I tell people to not commit suicide but no one tells me no one ever asks me if I am ok because if I told them they would have more to handle and I put everyone before myself and I can't any more I had to say something and I saw your comment and thought you could help because you would understand I know not ideal thing I am just depressed and have a lot to deal with

I can tell you smth btw, I got better, last year, I was very bad, and wanted everything to end, but rn, even though I'm still struggling, I can see some of life's beauty, some stuff got worse, but I pushed through, remember this: to take a step in life, you need to take to steps back. it means that it's alright if you fall or are sad and feel lonely and like everything's just fucked, take a moment to yourself, take a break, breathe, the most important thing is to breathe, then push further, it's okay to fall in life, but the important is to find a way to stand back up and continue, you've got this, I promise you, you'll be happy and complete one day <3
