My name is Mausum Sharma. I love to travel and write. I grew up reading Mark Twain and George Orwell. The only dream in life is to write a book of my own and get a viewership of about 100 thousand. I know this is not a small thing, but I believe if I don't try how would I know if this is possible or not. At least one day when I will have my own kids I can show them my story and make them proud. Let them know that their parents have tried something for them.
Always try to be positive in life. Whenever there is sadness around, I write. it helps me calm down and be normal.
Just last month I gifted myself a Compact SUV. that is another way I keep my dream of travel alive... I believe that when you travel you get to meet a lot of people and get ideas that help...
With all the ideas in mind, I finally decided to write it down as a book.
I grew up alone in this world and all that I missed, I am trying to fulfill through writing... Geeta: The story of a survivor is my attempt at one of them. Parts of the story are based on a true event. I just want the world to know through Geeta what kind of people can be there in this world, and what it is like to forgive them after what they did to you.
The only reason I am jotting it down is that 'I feel that everyone needs to know the bravery and understanding shown by a 13-year-old girl helped save a life and the troubling behavior shown by a 38-year-old help or ruin someone's life.
