There seems to be no book of Naruto Jutsu's only books of Harry Potter spells so I am dreading to write the parts of my Naruto fictions that invovle training and battling. I only have one battle in What the Jashin is Going On Here? only the battle isn't full of jutsu it is full of the natural ability of the main character where she doesn't do a jutsu. I can not explain it unless you read it.

@TaraPhoenix I'm a stickler for world-building, plus I was using Hallen in some RP-thingy and I didn't want everyone to think I was just making it up as I went along. 
            
            I may look into your book, if life gives me the time. May not be likely though; it's lucky I was on long enough to notice someone on my message board. xD

Hurray! Sorry about the late response!
          
          As a side note, I set up a new(-ish) novel on here with a synopsis - I plan to start working on it if it gets 4 or 5 votes. (That way I know people are interested in my random idea... ^.^)
          
          After being away all the time, I really need to check up on everyone's books... ;^^)
