@Gigi_washere hi! Just wanted to say thank you for recommending your story. I really like the direction that it's going. Kind of got 'Redeeming Love ' and 'Love Comes Softly' vibes to it.
I can't help but wonder a bit more at Jezebels/Deborah's story even though the POV is mostly through Daniel. Think there could be more on how she came to be found at the brothel and especially more on her talent with the violin. It could be symbolic of finding hope in a hopeless world, and she rediscovers that through Daniel and is able to pass that on to the Duke which could be good for the theme 'salt of the Earth or 'light of the word' that would keep to the biblical themes you have going for it.
