A character born from a coalition of ideas of their creator manifested as living ink becoming sentient and gaining will on paper. A living mass of ink able to take the shape into anything their imagination thinks. Limited only by their creative spirit and the space of their canvas. 

Said to form looking similar to their creator's sources of Inspiration, Niel only lives for as long as there is an idea to be formed.

Being restricted to only a paper canvas, they seek to make themselves know by warping into various text and and images that inspire thoughts and ideas into the minds of others, so that maybe in that way they may find a way to find others just like them.
