          Just getting ready for school then going downstairs and going on my computer then my vision acting weird and now I have to go to the doctor...this is great 

Do you ever like want to rant to someone but you completely over think it? Like I need someone to rant to and I would normally go to my best friend(s) but I can't because I think, "Oh what if they think I'm annoying" or "Maybe they are having a worse time then me so I shouldn't just spring this on them" I don't know what to do, I have so many thoughts but I can't get them out...if that makes sense
