Investigation: The White Rider's True Name
Let's take it one step at a time.
In the prologue, we see the boy's story. I didn't even realize and didn't notice at first that Vili was there—I didn't understand what he'd done, why Vili... I only understood that there were elves, fairies, and spirits there. He was brought to the king. Maybe it was Oberon (not Oberon Vortigen), because he's the king of the fairies, or maybe someone else.
There was also a photo of a young spirit woman; maybe it was Titania, but I don't know. In the photo, she looks like an elf or a spirit, but there's no mention of her being the queen of the fairies.
Then they showed guards (I don't know if they were elves) showing the boy and that little white rider. Perhaps he'll die... no one will escape the idea that he's Arthur Pendragon, the jester. He was an ordinary child—and why did he end up with the king of the fairies? The answer will be in the following chapters. We have no idea why the king invited this man. So many questions—and we don't understand what the king wanted. At this point, it's cut off...

Then they lead him out. You know how they lead him out? It reminds me of the incident with Joan of Arc: instead of being burned at the stake, they brought Lancelot, Gawain, and Artoria Pendragon to be executed. And there are other shackles, not like Joan of Arc's, but metal ones. This happens later. There's an accusation there of conspiracy, the murder of the king, the framing of one of his subjects, and a threat to peace not only in Camelot but throughout Britain.
I'll remind you of one detail about Dagonet: Dagonet kills Foul, Arthur's treasurer, when Foul accuses Dagonet of embezzling all the royal treasury's funds. But here's a detail—in that story, the white rider isn't necessarily Dagonet. Guys, killing the treasurer is a completely different matter, and this is a completely different matter. They talked about a "foreign king," and another detail—about your king's treason and deception.

@Mr_Hanstrone Also, if Artoria is "The King of Knights" and Gilgamesh "The King of Heroes" then the title I would give my character is "The Spirit of Journeys".

@Mr_Hanstrone I applaude you for your dedication my friend. I don't think anyone tried as hard to figure the true identity of Rider (or any of my characters) as you. You are on the right track and your knowledge on the Fate series and servants is splendid too. As such I'll give you 2 clues since I believe it will help you tie a few knots:

People are confused because he seems to be 2 characters from different cultures in different places, Dagonet and the Pied Piper, but they fail to see what they have in common: The century they lived in.
Both the Anturian Legends (In their classic form) as well as the story of the Pied Pier happen or are developed in the 12th century meaning either the characters could be alive at the time or perhaps there was never 2 people to begin with.

The second clue comes from the Elves and fairies. Why are people soo focused on English/Britain fairies when they are not exclusive to it?

Hope this helps you with your theories :)

This text tells us he's a jester. So, there's less doubt that it's Dagonet, but... it's unlikely Dagonet would speak like that. His appearance resembles Robin Hood, but Robin Hood has a lighter, bright orange complexion, while the White Rider is slightly darker. (Perhaps the lonely hair color.)
I'll return to the text: it might be related to forests. I tried searching online, but found nothing. Then I asked ChatGPT who the "god of jokes" was, but nothing suitable came up. Then I asked about Arthurian legend and found a fairy who fit the description: mischievous, woodland, connected to nature. The description matches what I wrote to you.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you
This is Puck, aka Robin Goodfellow.
This is a hypothesis about the White Rider's true nature.
Perhaps Dagonet was taught by Robin Goodfellow. He may have been the king mentioned by Arturia Pendragon. One of His Noble Phantasms, Celeb Olwa! (Silver Branch That Yearns For The Blue Sky), is connected to nature, and he's associated with the jesters of history and even fairy tales, such as this Noble Phantasm "Rattenfänger - My Small Army that Brings Desgrace." Puck is also connected to nature. He also carried a spear (can you picture a stick with a leaf on top?)
And here's a question: @Nightingale_Pledge (Nightingale), am I on the right track to unraveling the White Rider's identity? Or will the author hide the truth about his identity in subsequent chapters?

Hey-yo everybody Nightingale here! Rider is currently in need of an audience to read his new chapter and see what's been up to. Do you dare to take a sit and enjoy his show? We sure hope so :)

@Nightingale_Pledge hello, and i know that this could come off as annoying or unbearable.

            (Bows on the floor)

Will toki meet Priscilla and hug her fluffy tail, while jeane has a look of anger and throws toki off her tail only to take his position in hugging Priscilla's tail?

            Just as a comedy bit?

@Nightingale_Pledge ( Nightingale ), when will there be a sequel to Fate/Apocrypha – Perdidit Risus?
We've already theorized and are eagerly awaiting the sequel about the Jester, the traitorous Knight of the Round Table.
Four years have passed, and it will soon be five – December 8th.
It's time to bring the Jester back into the picture, continue the story, lift the veil of mystery, and finally reveal who he is.
Is he Dagonet, the Piper? Or is it the Jester himself – the one who unites the legends associated with his image?
It's time to reveal the knightly Jester's joke.

@Mr_Hanstrone Worry not for this is not a joke, the Red Jester's story is not yet forgotten to time. Thought times have taken a toll on the words I wish to write, a chapter is being written promising to crack the clown's mask if only for a bit :)

@Nightingale_Pledge Eh, could have been better. A couple of weeks back my PC suddenly had black screen, and now it's still like that. Thought about taking it to some center so that an expert can look at it, but thanks to my busy scheduele thanks to uni, that's kinda hard to do. At least I still have my phone and grandpa's old PC, though the latter only allows me to work with Word.
