@Nightslasher100 Since Stain's arc will still happen in your fic, you could make my suggestion in your story of Shoto winning the festival and the awards and exposing to the whole world who Endevor really is, but then the Commission would only say that he is under investigation to the public, but would not arrest him or take away his license, then that would be the first plant of doubt in Isuku about the hero system and when he fights Stain he would say that he is right, that in fact many of the heroes you killed really they deserved it, and also, considering how Endevor was exposed and nothing happened to him and the Commission would be accusing Shoto of mental insanity, he would agree with him, but considering that he attacked Igenium, who really is a real hero he is generalizing heroes as fake, and therefore he must be stopped, then Stain would agree with Isuku at the end of the battle and then tell him to

And I recommend that Isuku's group members are: He, Toga, Shoto, Shinso, Jiro, Shoji, Touya, Compress, Mustard, Spiner, Magne and Twice

And the reason he wears the mask is because he simply thinks that people will see him as a monster, but he could take it off and say that this is what I look like, that you who call yourselves human, made it and I'm going to be a hero with it with pride to say that no matter what you look like, you shouldn't be ashamed of it. And after the second round of the championship, Isuku would discover his Individuality and recruit him to his group and tell him about the Toga and the fact that he was Quirkles and with that he would gain his loyalty and with that he would help him get to the podium at the festival so he could prove to the world that people with "villainous" quirks can be heroes and are human and then at the awards ceremony Shinso would say all the suffering he suffered in life and that the entry process at UA and the other schools of Heroes is unfair and he is proof of that and that no matter your quirk you can do whatever you want, but the Camp Attack would still happen because Tomura instead of wanting to catch Bakugo he would go after Shoto, Soji and Shinso considering the grudge they have against the heroic society
