Sorry I haven't been updating, my health hasn't been the greatest.
Before you all panic, it's my gut! I've been taking probiotics and having more yogurt to combat it, as well as drinking more water. But now it's better than last week, so yeah.
(Seriously, I know I'll sound like a mom here, but take care of your gut. It's crazy what effects it has on your body. For me, I felt constantly tired even though I slept like seven hours at night, for example. And then drinking at least three coffees that day, even though I slept well enough)
