Hey person reading this, you are here for a reason. you matter, you may think you are just a grain of sand in this sandstorm of a world but to me you're everything. you are you, nobody else can tell you otherwise, and if they do they're just little shits that want attention and that shell of a person who told you that can go fuck themselves for telling you a lie. you are seeing this for a reason, this is a sign things will get better even if you don't see this and someone is just telling you this it still will get better. you'll never know if it will be today, tomorrow, a week, or 10 years when this ends. but this sadness anxiety, anger, and everything else you are experiencing won't last forever. I have had my own experience with depression and anxiety and i know how it feels, i do not know your exact situation and i will never know exactly how you feel but i am here for you.
          you can get through this because you are strong, and those people who are trying to bring you down are stupid because they don't know you like how you know yourself. think of it like this, you are wearing a mask and it's hard to take off, that mask is your negative feelings. eventually you will be able to take off that mask and finally show who you really are. because that mask isn't your true you, it is just a mask. if you need someone to talk to i am here and i will try my best to respond as fast as i can. if i cannot respond fast enough or you don't want to talk to me i strongly recommend you call or text this hotline  1-800-273-8255 i have texted and called this hotline before and it helps a lot. i hope i could help and remember, we are all here for you and love you <3
