I'm a purely addicted writer.  I find other forms of communication difficult and, at times, a bit overwhelming.  I have an un-fulfilling day job that keeps me away from the writing habit, but I still think about writing while I'm at work:  the stories, the characters, the setting.  It all just lurks in the corners of my mind, waiting for a chance to spill out.

I'm also a complete music geek and will listen to anything suggested, at least once.  My husband is an ultra-talented guitarist too.  :)  My daughter is a terrific singer, and my youngest likes to bang things with other things, so I'm pretty sure she'll grow up to be a drummer.  I have no musical talent at all, other than to know the difference between Good Music and Bad Music.  (And yes, it is subjective, but this is my life and therefore I declare my judgements to be Fact.)

Oh, and cats tend to run my life too.
