Niranox

I should note by-the-by that If It Be Thusly isn't finished, it still has chapters to go yet. The new story isn't its replacement nor its sequel. Just in case anybody cares. Have a good day ♥♥

@Niranox That story was so good bro, like I have never read anything like it

Hey, Nox. Hoping you see this. Life's been pretty reasonable to me lately, but it's still very disheartening to see the lack of activity. You don't find a lot of fanfic authors of your quality. Just wish I could read another of your original stories.

For anyone else reading this, do you know what happened, if anything, to Niranox?

YN_guy

ANOTHER WEISS FIC!!! Two incredible chapters. If you're not busy, I'm sure we would all really appreciate more. I've only seen you write Weiss twice, but I love both already. You really seem to be able to flesh out your characters, make people connect with them, sympathize. Also, I would like to know what the Atlesian quote meant.

Anyway, it's been a while since I dropped in, but as usual, you seem to go for quality rather than quantity. It's just too bad you can't do both. Hope you're living well, Nox. And may you find the inspiration to see this story to its end, because I am juggling 3 different stories, counting yours and they are all out. My mind craves escapism. Please and thank you, buddy.

@YN_guy The other 2 books are NotSoClever's latest book and this odd little thing I found. It's a crossover between ASOIAF and...you'd never guess, Bloodborne (if you know that). It's called 'Thy Good Neighbor' on AO3 if you wanna take a look. It focuses more on the North and the Stark family. I figured maybe you'd be interested since you had been reading ASOIAF a while ago (maybe still are) and I noticed you're on AO3.

My man came back after 2 years dropped a book with two bangers of chapters and then disappeared again, what a sad time.

YN_guy

@cunfuzzledkitty massively agreed. You can look at my latest message and the earlier history. Niranox was a very appreciative author and high quality, too. Far as I know, from the AO3 account, Nox has only last posted on the 12th of August with no interaction on this side of things.

Hi, I'm here again to ask for permission to translate your fic "If it be thusly" to spanish, as I think is one of the best fics I have read in RWBY fandom and I'm a little sad no one has translated it, also I study english-spanish translation so I'll do my best to do justice to your work. And obviously all credits to you are going to be mentioned, just wanted to know if it would be ok for you.

Niranox

That’s absolutely fine. Go ahead.

You've returned and your work has only improved. Truly a one-of-a-kind author.

DukeDrydenn

@Niranox Of course. Hope all is well for you.

@DukeDrydenn Thank you so much. It's stuff like this that really helps me get through the week.

Oh my god! You’re alive! It’s very good to see you again my friend!

Niranox

@HeroN117 I'm really tempted to do some sort of Grey Warden (just because Origins is still such an amazing experience, at least in my opinion) but with four playable races and the seven (I think it's seven) playable factions, that's like 28 possible combinations for the playable character. If there's a really interesting non-Grey Warden one, I might go for that, but it's going to be difficult.

@Niranox Hope the new Dragon Age turns out good, considering how long we waited for it. Planning to do a Human Warrior Grey Warden for first character (I know…I’m boring)

@HeroN117 Busy, mostly. Summer’s always a tough time in certain industries, but for other reasons it just got a bit tougher where I currently work. I’ve been trying to read A Song of Ice and Fire (keyword trying) but it’s been difficult to get to reserve the time for it that longer fantasy really needs to feel immersive. I’ve been playing a lot of EU4 and Crusader Kings as well, but that’s nothing new for me, really. Excited for the new Dragon Age.

@Slayer0_0 Reading books will always help (how much they'll help depends on the author) but I find modern poetry and song lyrics can be a greater help; they often have to be denser with meaning than prose does. This of course comes with the caveat that the best way to get better at writing is just to write. And thank you so much!
