@ Nisa_taegguk you can do it dear one step at a time, some days are better than others. Just do whatever you can, try your best and then move on. Your mental health is very important, if you don't feel okay with something take a deep breath, rest for a while, listen calming music, drink some water, take a nap, or even go for a walk to clear your mind if it's not too much trouble.
