As for the promotion, social media is the best bet. You can try creating a regular posting schedule, post reels and snippets of your work, that helps a lot in gaining an audience base. As for the feedback, you can check our projects such as Review Shop, Editing Shop - both these projects give you detailed analysis of your story and help you improve the lacking points. You can also check out our BookClub where you can meet fellow writers and get regular feedbacks and new readers. In fact many communities offer a variety of projects to aid the writer's journey.
          
          You can also try your hands at contests and challenges, and enter into Wattpad hosted awards and contests to gain exposure. Hope this helps.
