I so badly want to finish ‘Regret’ but I don’t know how to put my thoughts into words, like I’ve already imagined what would happened but I suck at making it into a story, please help, I’m willing to accept suggestions

I currently don’t know what I’m gonna write next for my new book or my old book, I currently am contemplating on to abandon the discontinued books I have and start a book regarding about my life or continue the books but also start a book regarding about my life

I have made a new book earlier.... But it wouldn't sync even though I had wifi on, I was writing a lot on it but it all disappearex :(
