Hey, I'm Nixxy - or Nicole, if you're feeling formal. ♡
I'm a student, a writer, a music lover, and someone who can somehow turn one random thought into an entire fictional universe at 2 a.m. I write because I love stories that make you feel something - the kind that leave you staring at the ceiling after you finish a chapter. Romance, complicated characters, forbidden feelings, enemies who definitely should not be falling for each other... yeah, those are my weaknesses. 🫠
Outside of writing, I'm obsessed with science, especially anything involving the brain and medicine. Neuroscience, neurology, brain disorders, research - basically, anything that makes me ask, "wait... how does THAT work?" I have big dreams for the future, and I'm very much the type to get excited over a random scientific fact.
Music is another huge part of me. My playlists are basically emotional rollercoasters: soft love songs, heartbreak, dreamy vocals, songs that make you want to stare dramatically out of a window... you get the idea. 🎧 I also love movies and series, especially anything with romance, complicated friendships, pretty aesthetics, and characters who make questionable decisions for the plot.
I'm perfectionistic about the things I care about, which probably explains why I can spend forever choosing a character's name, a chapter title, a song, or one tiny sentence. I notice details. I love aesthetics. I love creating worlds that feel real enough to disappear into.
I'm not going to tell you everything about me - some things are better kept as little mysteries. But you'll probably figure out a lot through my stories. My characters tend to carry pieces of me: my imagination, my humor, my love for drama, and sometimes the parts of my personality I don't know how to explain out loud.
