Well I know my parents aren’t God, but they definitely wouldn’t do this. I’m very sorry about that and ignoring that definitely makes them ignorant. However, you aren’t just as bad as them. It’s important to be aware of what’s going on around you, and maybe you can subtly explain some current situations calmly. I’m sorry about that, it’s hard when you clash with your parents. As for anxiety, I had the opposite problem where I never told anyone. Only found out because my basically abusive 4th grade teacher sent me home sobbing every day so my mom sent me to therapy because I wasn’t coping well with her, and through that I got medical help for a lot of crap. Praying about my anxiety had helped before but it’s not a cure, what it has done (as a Christian, idk if you share the same views) is helped me get the strength to keep searching for cures. If your parents are Christian maybe you can explain to them that God doesn’t work by curing magically, he works by giving you the strength to help yourself, and say that by ignoring your cry for help they are hurting your ability to get help (even if you aren’t Christian gaslight them) and explain to them how bad anxiety is and explain how they can help. I’m so sorry though, and that’s okay you needed to talk. I’ll tell another funny story about my horrifically pathetic life lmao
