It is once again 1:50am and I haven't gone to sleep (obviously) but I am also not tired. I told my girlfriend I was going to sleep TWO HOURS ago and I've been staring at a wall since then. I also don't feel like being productive. Help?

2.Adjust the temperature to something slightly cooler than what is comfortable for you
3.Adjust the lighting(turn the lights off)
4.Maybe put on some noise, like a fan or a sound machine
